Regulation 44 visiting
Fees take account of the home’s size, location, complexity and anticipated level of activity. The confirmed fee and service arrangements are agreed before visits commence.
The agreed fee normally covers the on-site visit, discussions, review of relevant records, report writing, reasonable travel, administration and submission arrangements unless agreed otherwise in advance.
A multi-home arrangement may be discussed where practical.
